De Haardt products can be purchased directly from the head office in Elst, or through one of our distributors

We supply most products from stock! And we use only express couriers for transport. If you wish, we can deliver the system within a week!

For a detailed proposal and comprehensive advice, you can contact us or one of our distributors.

All De Haardt products are supplied with a standard warranty period of 1 year.

These two series are unfortunately not compatible with each other!

We do not sell any individual parts insofar as they must be installed in or on the products. We always carry out repairs ourselves.

However, we can help you with individual products, such as antennas, batteries and adapters.

Xtra.Series

In most cases, an Xtra.Remote Control can be repaired. You can send your appliance to our head office. Our repair department will then assess it and send you a proposal if it can be repaired. We ask you to include the completed service form in the package!

Yes, all products in the Xtra.series are still available. Some products now have a new design, but this has no effect on the compatibility.

Yes, certainly! As long as you have a product in the Xtra.series, they can all be used together as one system.

Classic Series

In most cases, a Classic remote control can be repaired. The biggest challenge for us is finding the right spare parts. These are not always still available. You can send your appliance to our head office. Our repair department will then assess it and send you a proposal if it can be repaired. We ask you to include the completed service form in the package!

We have unfortunately not produced any new Classic products since 2007.

No, the Classic series works with SYS ID nummers. The number of the remote control must correspond with the number of the transponders, otherwise the signals will not be picked up.
